My application has changed to “Withdrawn” status, what should I do?
Answer: An application reaches the status “in withdrawal” when the deadlines established for clarifying or completing the information required by ONAC have been met and no response is received from the applicant or the response provided is not satisfactory.
The CAB may appeal the rejection of the application through SIPSO as indicated in the “Instructions for user registration, application creation and payment administration in the SIPSO system”, available on the SIPSO microsite on the ONAC web page https://site.onac.org.co/sipso/. Otherwise, the CAB may initiate a new application process.
El Organismo Nacional de Acreditación de Colombia (ONAC) informa a los Organismos Evaluadores de la Conformidad (OEC), partes interesadas y al público en general que, en cumplimiento de la normativa vigente sobre la reducción gradual de la jornada laboral en Colombia, a partir del 15 de julio de 2026 se actualizará el horario de atención del Organismo:
Lunes a jueves: 7:30 a. m. – 5:00 p. m. Viernes: 7:30 a. m. – 4:30 p. m.
