📢 Nos permitimos difundir la nueva actualización del PR-4.2-01 V11, el cual tiene como objetivo establecer las actividades necesarias para la atención oportuna de las quejas respecto del Organismo Nacional de Acreditación de Colombia – ONAC, de los Organismos Evaluadores de la Conformidad (OEC) acreditados y en proceso de acreditación. Con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas y reglamentos técnicos, y a la vez contribuir al mejoramiento en la prestación de los servicios del ONAC.
